Payments:

Paypal Express Checkout.  California residents will be charge sales tax.


Shipping:

Due to most of the jewelry pieces being handcrafted, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to ship out.  However shipping can take 2-3 weeks, if raw material(s) are not on hand.  You will be contacted with the shipping status, once order is processed.  Orders are shipped out USPS Priority with tracking and insurance.  We do not do international shipping.


Returns:

Returns accepted, refunds issued in the form of STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only.  Customers must contact Haniso Studio to receive RA# within 5 days of receiving order.  Item(s) must be returned within 5 days, after receiving RA#.  Returns without RA# with not be accepted or processed.  Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping and any other related shipping cost.


Repairs Policy:

At Haniso Studio quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, our jewelry is by its very nature delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any Haniso Studio Jewelry please use "Contact" page to be issued a Repair Authorization Number (RA#) which must be clearly labeled on the package.

Haniso Studio Jewelry will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 20 days of receipt of purchase. The only charge for this service is the return shipping charge of $10.

Repairs needed after 20 days or any repairs deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense (usually in the $25 range + $10 shipping).

When shipping your item, please enclose your Name, Address, Order Number, Phone Number and Reason for Repair. Please also enclose $10 check to cover the return shipping.
